INGREDIENTS
1 cup kidney beans wash and soak overnight or 5 to 6 hours
4 pieces of gluten-free tortillas, corn, or chickpeas, you can buy from the grocery store
1 tablespoon oil corn or canola/ or your choice
1/4 teaspoon ajwain seed
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional )
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 1/2 cup pizza sauce, ( you can buy gluten-free or you can make your own)
some nondairy cheese
salt to taste
some olive oil
METHOD
1: Frist let’s make beans,( if you want to use beans from you can do that too but use the same ingredients) take soak beans put in strainer and let go all water, and wash them with clean water, then put in the pressure cooker, add 3 cup water in and a little salt, then cover the lid for the pressure cooker and put the whistle on, put the cooker on the stove and let go of whistle 4 times, then turn the stove off and let the pressure release itself it will take about 10 minutes.
2:Open the lid and put beans in a strainer and wash them with clean water, put the pan on the stove medium-low heat, add one tablespoon oil in, add ajwain seed, cumin seed, turmeric powder, red chili powder, let cook for 10seconds. Then add the beans in salt to taste, mix all well then add half a cup of water in and let cook for two minutes.
3: Take another pan and put it on the stove, add pizza sauce in, add one teaspoon olive oil in, oregano, basil, chili flakes, mix all well and cook on medium heat for two minutes.
4:Take non-stick pan, put on stove low heat and brush with olive oil, then put the tortilla in let cook little to get crispy (not too crispy just little ) then turn over and spread little sauce all over then spread beans all over, then add little sauce all over and non-dairy cheese all over and cover the pan and let cook five minutes or cheese melt.
5:If you like to add some veggie then you can add spinach or bale pepper or broccoli, if using spinach or bale pepper then you wash and chopped finely, squish to take all water out. ( Because spinach and bale pepper realize so much water) If you using broccoli then wash and cut them, then put them in the microwave safe, dish adds little olive oil black pepper to taste, and salt to taste, then mix all well and put in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Our pizza is ready to serve hot it is very easy to make, safe for allergy people because we make them home, all plant based and delicious to eat.
Note: Keep everything ready, and when you are ready to eat then make the pizza so it won’t get soggy.
