ALLERGY FRIENDLY PLANTAIN CHIPS

INGREDIENTS:

4  plantains,  should be firm.

1 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder ( optional)

salt to taste

oil for frying

METHOD:

Peel the plantains and slice them in very thin slices.

Heat oil on medium heat.  Once hot, f y the plantain slices umtilmgolden. Remove and put on a plate lined with paper towels.  Add salt and chili powder and mix well.

They are ready to serve.
