CARROT AND SPINACH SALAD

INGREDIENT

3 medium-size carrots wash and shredded them

2 hands full of organic baby spinach, wash and chopped finely

1 tablespoon of pumpkin seed seed

1 teaspoon chia seed(optional)

1 tablespoon of resins

1 tablespoon coriander /or cilantro leaves wash and chopped

1/2 fresh lemon for lemon juice/or to taste

1 teaspoon mustard seed

1 tablespoon olive oil

salt to taste

METHOD

1: Take a big glass bowl, mix spinach, carrot pumpkin sed, resins, chia seed, lemon juice, and salt, mix all well.

2: Heat the oil in a small pan, add mustard seed in, let them fry turn the stove off, and add that oil with mustard seed in the salad. And mix all well, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Note: It very tastes very easy to make and very healthy great lunch, or you can eat any time. If you want to use sunflower seed or any other you like.

Here  is our salad is ready to eat.
