INGREDIENTS
1/2 head of medium size cauliflower, wash and cut into pieces
3 medium-sized vine ripe tomatoes ( if you don’t have any kind of ok)wash and cut into pieces
2 1/2 tablespoon oil corn or canola/or your choice
1 green chili, wash and cut
6 curry leaves wash them
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1/4 teaspoon Ajwain seed
1 teaspoon red Kashmiri chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 cup coriander /or cilantro leaves wash and finely chopped
METHOD
1:Put the pan on the stove medium-low heat, add oil in and let get a little hot then add green chili, curry leaves, cumin seed, ajwain seed, let all cook for a few seconds, then add tomatoes in with a pinch of red chili powder and turmeric, mix all good cover the pan and let cook for 3 minutes, or until it, all get very mussy and all most like pure, make a sure stir in between so won’t get stick to the pan.
2:Then add all cauliflower in the pan, add salt to taste, mix all good cover the pan, and let cook for 5 minutes, then add turmeric and chili powder some coriander leaves ( save some for garnish ) mix all good, and let cook for 2 or 3 minutes, or until it, all get little soft and tender, then turn the stove off, take out in bowel or dish, and garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Here we go our cauliflower ready with cumin rice.
