INGREDIENTS
1/2 medium-size cucumber wash and sliced in long ( not round)
1/2 banana wash and sliced with skin in long ( not round)
1/2 zucchini wash and sliced with skin long ( not round )
3/4 cup chickpeas flour ( call also besan flour)
1 cup gluten-free oat ( keep some extra on the side you may need)AD
1/2 cup oil corn or canola / or your choice
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice/ or your taste
salt to taste
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
METHOD
1: Sliced all vegetables, and and keep side, as you can see in the picture.
2:Put none stick pan or heavy bottom pan on stove medium-low heat lets get hot, mean while we make batter, take bowl put chick peas flour in, and add salt, cumin seed,turmeric powder,lemon juice and one cup water and mix all well. (make batter little thin then pancakes mix )if you need more water you can add may be 1/4 cup or more.

3: Now add little salt and fresh grind black pepper in vegetable and mix all well, put two tablespoon oil in pan let get hot, deep vegetable in batter one ate time and rolling in oat, then put in pan and sallow fry them.
4: Let fry each side 3 to 4 minuets/ or until they get golden brown.serve hot with catchup or hummus or sweet sauce or any dips which is allergy friendly ,or just eat like that.
