INGREDIENTS
3/4 fresh mango pulp
1/2 cup fresh non-dairy your choice of yogurt
3/4 cup non-dairy your choice of milk
1/2 teaspoon fresh grind cardamom
1 cup ice
METHOD
1: take a blander jar and all ingredients in, mango pulp, yogurt, milk, cardamom, and ice. Then blend all together nice and smooth, maybe 4 or 5 minutes, then serve with a topping g of a pinch of cardamom.
our lassi is ready to serve.
Note: This is very easy to make, only 4 ingredients no sugar and take five minutes to make it, and in this hot summer very satisfying.
