INGREDIENTS
a hand full of fresh mint leaves, wash and chopped finely
1 cup lite olive oil/ or your choice
1 tablespoon chia seed
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes/ or to your taste
1/4 teaspoon fresh grind black pepper(optional)
1 inch fresh turmeric piece washed, and shredded
1 tablespoon fresh lemon/or lime juice
1 teaspoon grind fennel seed (optional)
salt to taste
METHOD
1: take a blender and mix all ingredients in, the oil, chia seeds, red pepper flakes, black pepper, shredded turmeric, lemon juice, fennel seed, and salt. Then blend all together, then add mint leaves in and mix all well, taste for salt and lemon, and use in your salad.
here our delicious dressing is ready.
Note:This is a very healthy homemade fresh dressing, you can use any kind of salad, and keep it in the glass bottles for a whole week in the refrigerator.( if you like then you can bland mint leaves together too)
