INGREDIENTS
1 cup chickpea flour
1 cup sorghum flour
1 teaspoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 cup warm water
salt to taste
keep some rice flour to roll the pizza
keep some parchment paper
Keep some gluten-free pizza sauce ( how much you want to use, you can find in the grocery store)
keep some non-dairy cheese, ( depend on you how much and which one you want to use)
FOR TOPPING USE SOME VEGGIES
1: some broccoli wash and cook in the microwave with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt, for 3 minutes
some all color peppers, wash and cut in pieces ( how much you want )hand full of organic baby spinach wash them
METHOD
1: Take bowel and mix chickpea flour, and sorghum flour, add yeast, sugar and give a good mix with hand or whisk, then add oil and mix all well, then add water and make the dough, it will be a sticky dough, then put little oil in the bowl and make a nice boll with dough, cover with the dish and live for 2 hours.

2: Take parchment paper, and put rice flour all over, take pizza dough and put on that and roll very slowly, you can do with a hand or with a rolling pin but very slowly, keep pie like maybe half an inch thick.
3: preheat the oven to 400f
Look above picture our pie is rolled and ready to make it.
3: Put pizza sauce on it (your choice ) and add cheese of your choice, then add topping, and put it in the oven to bake for 15 minutes. (depending on your oven too so make sure it won’t get burned)
here we go our pizza is ready to eat, it is easy to make and yummy to eat.
