Ok let’s have a sandwich without bread it is delicious, and something different.
INGREDIENTS FOR LENTIL
1 1/2 cup taco beans/or moong sprout
1 1/2 tablespoon oil corn or canola / or your choice
1 teaspoon crush cumin seed
1/4 teaspoon ajwain seed
7 pieces of fenugreek seed
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons coriander / or cilantro leaves wash and chopped finely
salt to taste
INGREDIENTS FOR VEGGIES
1/4 block of tofu shredded
1/2 cup cabbage, /or broccoli wash and finely chopped, if using broccoli then wash and shredded.
1 cup spinach, wash and finely chopped
1/2 cup wash and shredded carrot
1 tablespoon lemon juice / or to taste
2 fresh green chili( optional)
1/2 teaspoon crush cumin
salt to taste
INGREDIENTS FOR SANDWICH
Store-bought gluten-free corn or chickpeas tortillas
METHODS
1: Wash beans and soak overnight for good results / or you can soak for 4 to 5 hours. Then wash with clean water and put in a pressure cooker pot, ( which you going to use to cook ) then add four cups of water in, add some salt, mix all well then add two and a half cups water in a pressure cooker, then put beans pot in the cooker, then cover pressure cooker lids and put whilst on, and put the cooker on the stove on high and let go whistle go on four times then turn the stove off. Then let the pressure release itself, it will take about 10 minutes. Then take out beans from the cooker and put them in a strainer and wash them with clean water and keep them aside.
2: put the pan on the stove on medium-low heat add oil let it get hot then add fenugreek seed, ajwain seed let them cook for twenty seconds then add beans with a pinch of turmeric and pinch of red chili powder, then add two cups water in, add chili powder, turmeric, powder, cumin and salt to taste mix all well let cook five minutes or it a thick consistency to use in a sandwich add some coriander leaves mix and keep aside. ( if you are using beans from a can then use the same ingredients, wash them good and do the same way.
If you are using moong sprout then do the same way, just add one cup of water.

3: Take bowel to add tofu in and add all veggies, add lemon juice to taste, and salt to taste, if using green chili then cut very small and add in then mix all well and check lemon and salt taste to your taste, add rest of coriander leaves and add all the mixture into beans and mix all well, that our mixture is ready for a sandwich.
4: put the nonstick pan on the stove on low heat, brush with little oil, but the one tortilla let little golden brown then turn over let cook little, then put your mixture on it halfway, if you like chees then spread little nondairy chees on it and fold half and let cook both sides golden brown and serve hot with tomato ketchup or just like that.
