All the time we make banana bread or banana muffin, so this little different and no sugar added.
INGREDIENTS
3 ripe bananas, you can see in the picture ( not overripe)
1 tablespoon oil corn or canola/ or your choice
2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon coriander seed powder ( all so call them Dhanajira powder)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 green chili wash and cut into small pieces
1/2 teaspoon red Kashmiri chili powder(just for color)
2 tablespoon coriander leaves wash and chopped finely
salt to taste
METHOD
1: Take bananas and wash them very well with your hand, then cut them in two pieces from the middle with skin, then cut into one and half-inch pieces. Take the pan and put on stove low heat, add oil in and let get hot then add mustard seed, cumin seed, green chili, let them cook for maybe 15 seconds, then add pumpkin seed, (save some for garnish)mix well and add banana, coriander seed powder, red Kashmiri chili powder, salt to taste and mix well.
2: Turn the stove off, add coriander/ cilantro leaves (save some for garnish), and mix well, don’t cover until it gets cold. Garnished with coriander leaves and pumpkin seed, it is very easy to make and very tasty and healthy, you can eat just like that, or a side dish with dinner, or some people like a banana sandwich, so you can make a sandwich with gluten-free bread, or you can eat with rice too.
Here our bananas are ready to eat.
