INGREDIENTS FOR MILLET FLOUR ROTI ( OR YOU CAN BUY FROM INDIAN GROCERY STORE FROZEN)
1 cup of millet flour (call Bajra flour all so )
1 teaspoon oil corn or canola ( or your choices)
salt to taste
1 cup warm water
Keep some dry flour to roll the roti
METHOD
1: In a bowl mix flour, salt, and oil mix all well, then add water little by little and make dough. (you may use 1/2 cup water or a little more)The dough has to tait so that you can make boll. After making dough cover with a dish or kitchen towel and keep for 15 minutes.
2; Make 4 same size pice, and put the pan on the stove on medium-low heat let get warm, put some dry flour on cutting board and roll the roti very slowly, because it breaks very easily. Or you can do it with your hand slowly. (you can see on no 1 picture)Then put on a heated pan and keep heat on medium (you can see in no 2 picture)and let cook 20 seconds, then turn over( look on no 3 picture)

3: Now let cook maybe 40 second or golden spot all over, ( keep some wire rack on the stove so that prevent burning)then take and turn over and put on stove fire, it will pop up from all over, then take and let get cool, and finish all of the same ways.
4:All our flatbread (or Roti) is ready (you can do that in the toaster oven too if you want) preheat oven for 350f and brush little olive oil on flatbread both side, and make pices the way shape you want and roast them nice little golden and crunchy.it may take ten or fifteen minutes.
Note: You can keep them air tait container for week, on counter room temperature, you can eat with humms or any jam or sun butter very healthy, you can give children in lunch box.
