INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup roasted split chickpeas(you can find them in the Indian grocery store )
1 cup nondairy yogurt
1/2 cup wash and finely chopped coriander / or cilantro leaves
1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice / or lime juice ( or to taste )
1/2 teaspoon crushed cumin seeds
1 green chili wash and cut ( optional if you like a little spicy )
Salt to taste
METHOD
1: Wash roasted split chickpeas, then put in a blender, add yogurt, cumin, coriander leaves ( save some coriander leaves for garnish ) lemon juice, and salt to taste, and blend all together. You think it is too thick then add 1or2 tablespoons of water and blend all together. Garnish with coriander and serve.
