INGREDIENTS (for 2 people):
2 Cups soy milk ( if you are not allergic, then you can use dairy milk or any nut based or plant based milk)
1/2 teaspoon crushed cardamom, removed from pods.
1/8 teaspoon saffron
suger to taste (optional)
METHOD:
Heat the milk on medium heat. Add saffron, cardamom and sugar. Keep stirring so the milk doesn’t burn or stick to the bottom of the pan. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes.
Serve immediately and drink warm. You can enjoy it at any time of the day, especially with some crispy and delicious Gluten free fenugreek masala puris.
