INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup sesame seeds, black or white, any will ok
1 tablespoon ground fennel seed
1 tablespoon cilantro leaves, wash and finely chopped
1 cup lite olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice / or to taste
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
Salt to taste
METHOD
1: Take bowel and mix all ingredients in, oil, lemon juice, chili flakes, black pepper, fennel seed, sugar, and salt to taste. Mix all well until salt and oil mix, then add sesame seeds and cilantro, and mix well you can use them all at one time or as much as you need, store in glass bottles, and keep in the refrigerator for a week.
Note: This is a very healthy and homemade fresh dressing very delicious too.
