INGREDIENTS
1 whole small cabbage, wash and finely chopped
5 all colors small sweet pepper, wash and cut in the pieces
2 organic vine ripe tomatoes, wash and finely chopped
1 green chili pepper, (optional) wash and cut
5 curry leaves, wash, and keep
2 tablespoon oil corn or canola/ or your choice
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1/4 teaspoon ajwain seed
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder /or to taste
salt to taste
METHOD
1: take the pan and put it on the stove medium-low heat, add oil in, add cumin seed, ajwain seed, green chili, and curry leaves. Let them all cook for a few seconds, then add tomatoes and mix all and let the tomatoes cook until they all get mussy and nice soft, then add cabbage, sweet pepper, and salt to taste, mix all well and cover the pan and let cook for five minutes keep and stir in between.
2: Then add turmeric, red chili powder and mix all well, and let cook until all water is gone ( because cabbage have a lot of water) and look nice and soft, then it is ready to eat
Note: This is so simple and easy to make, delicious to eat, all plant-based. Even you can make roti roll with gluten free roti, or eat with rice, glutenfree bread or naan.
This is vegan, allergy-friendly, gluten=free, dairy-free, nut-free.
HOW TO MAKE ROTI ROLL.
1: Take gluten free roti, spreed avocado or sun butter on roti, then put cabbage on it and fold from bottom just little, then fold from both side and your roti roll is ready to eat.
