INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup gluten-free oatmeal
1/4 cup any non-dairy butter /or any organic shortening
2 cups any non-dairy milk/ or water
1/2 cup jaggery
2 tablespoon golden raisins
2 tablespoon pumpkin seed
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
few strings of saffron
METHOD
1: Grind oatmeal in grinder, then put the pan on the stove on medium-low heat, add butter or shortening whatever you are using, let get melt then add oatmeal and roast that until nice and golden, and nice aroma coming, then add 2 cups of non-dairy milk or water, whatever you using, then add jaggery mix all well.
2: Keep and stir until it gets thick, then lower the heat on very low and stir in between to make sure don’t stick on the pan, add some raisins and some pumpkin seeds, ( save some for garnish) in a few minutes it will start come of from pan and won’t stick to the pan or your finger then it ready, turn the stove off and take out in a dish, let get cool give heart shape or if you have heart shape mold you can use that, then keep in the refrigerator for one or half-hour
3: Then you can decorate with chocolate, or some fruit, or with some raisins and pumpkin seeds, and some red color sprinkle. It is very easy to make.
Note:People who can’t eat chocolate and low carb for them is very good, and it little defrent and easy no bake and delicious.
