SPINACH AND PRESSMEN SMOOTHIE POP

INGREDIENTS:

1 medium-sized pressmen

3 dates

1 handful of baby spinach, washed and cut

1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

5 ice cubes

1/2 cup water

 

METHOD:

  1. Wash the pressmen and cut into small pieces. Then wash the dates and cut into pieces.
  2. Put the pressmen, dates, spinach, pumpkin seeds, ice cubes, and water into a blender. Blend together until smooth. (If you feel like it is too thick, add more water, a little at a time).
  3. Pour the smoothie into an ice pop mold and put into the freezer for 5-6 hours.
