INGREDIENTS:
1 cup baby spinach, washed and chopped
1/2 apple, washed and chopped
6 dates
1 cup water (or 1 cup soy yogurt, plain)
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
METHOD:
1. Add spinach and water (or yogurt) to a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
2. Add apple and dates, blend for 30 seconds.
3. Add pumpkin seeds and blend for 2 minutes, until it is smooth.
4. Pour into a glass and add an apple slice for garnish.
