INGREDIENTS
1 medium-size zucchini
1/2 cup gluten flour/ or oat/ corn flour
1/2 moong beans flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon olive oil/ your choice
1/2 fresh lemon, lemon juice
salt to taste
METHOD
1:Wash and shred zucchini keep side, then take bowl and mix -both flour, add salt and baking powder, mix all together very well, add oil and mix well to all oil get mix well with flour.
2: Add zucchini in flour and make dough ( you don’t need any water ) it will be nice sticky dough.Take little oil in your hands and make a nice ball of dough ,then cover and keep 30 minutes .
3: Now put nonstick . Heavy cast iron pan on stove medium low heat and let get hot .
4: Now take parchment paper, and dust with flour, then put the pizza dough on it and with your hand make a pie, it will spread very easily, just keep half an inch thick.
5:Pan hot just brushed with oil and put your rolled pie in, let cook for 4 minutes, then turn over and spread pizza sauce on it, and none dairy cheese on it, then cover and let cook for 10 minutes, until all cheese get bubble.(make sure to won’t get burnt some time it takes a little longer and sometimes it takes a little less time depending on your stove)
6: It is delicious and different serve hot.
